Not at all. That's the point. I explain everything in plain language and make sure you can manage simple updates yourself after handoff. If you get stuck, I'm a phone call away.
$50/month covers daily backups, 24/7 uptime monitoring, WordPress core + plugin + theme updates, security hardening, spam and database cleanup, and a monthly report. Hourly backup options and priority support are available for higher-traffic sites.
Yes — based in Wanaka, I work with clients across Queenstown, Arrowtown, Cromwell, and all over New Zealand. Most of the process works perfectly well over Zoom and email. Local clients can also meet in person if they prefer.
Yes. I regularly take on existing WordPress and Shopify sites for updates, redesigns, or ongoing maintenance. Give me a call with the URL and I'll take a look and give you an honest assessment.
Every build includes 2 hours of revisions after launch — to make sure you're genuinely happy with the finished product. After that, the Care Plan keeps things running, and ad-hoc work is billed at my hourly rate.
